Ordering Info

Backorders: If the time will be longer than 2 weeks to ship date, we will contact you and let you know.

In Person Pickup: We do allow orders to be picked up from us by appointment only. Please contact us before ordering, and we can create a code for free shipping for you to avoid the cart automatically adding shipping.

Damage/Incorrect Products/Loss during shipping: Please notify us with 7 days of receipt of any damages during shipping or within 10 days for incorrect orders. For lost items, please notify us as soon as you know items are lost. Please provide any tracking or relevant information, pictures, etc.

Tracking: Carriers send tracking information via email directly from their site. We will provide tracking numbers upon request but do not automatically send them.

Returns: We WILL NOT under any circumstance, accept returns on used products. New and unused products may be returned/exchanged up to 30 days after purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee and return shipping (and shipping of exchanges) will be the buyer’s responsibility.

International Orders: We charge a minimal shipping amount upon ordering. We will send an invoice for any additional shipping that must be paid before we will ship. Feel free to contact us for a shipping quote ahead of time.
