At Crawler Offroad, we understand that preferences can change. You may exchange most new, unopened items for another equal item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

   • Only one warranty replacement is allowed per item per original purchase.
   • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. Conditions for Replacement:

   • The item must have been used under normal off-road conditions.
   • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation is not covered.
   • Evidence of intentional damage or tampering voids the warranty.

3. Submission Process:

   • To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide a clear photo of the damaged item.
   • Crawler Offroad will inspect photo and determine if a warranty claim is valid and respond to the customer with further directions.
   • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
